Purchased this for my grandog, but my dog hopped on it for a test run! My son and daughter in law are outdoors a lot, in all seasons. We purchased the 36x36 size for larger dogs. A few things we noticed was the material. Sturdy and strong but flexible. Supportive but forgiving (women’s clothing should be made of this stuff!). The open weave texture allows air flow. The criss cross design of the stand is strong and stable. Folds up like a camp chair and slides easily into its carrying bag.

I just bought this bed because we’re practicing the park it command and I want him to be able to use this in the house, at events and camping. This one is the king 41 x 41“ and my dog is 77 pounds and he’s also kind of longer in the torso. He’s a lab four years old so may gain some weight but this bed goes up to 125 pounds. It has cross stitching in the middle to allow it to sink in a little bit and then also support his bodyweight. He doesn’t sink in too much. This is a cooler roof fabric and if you’ve never had cooler roof before, then, you’ll be very impressed by this because it is very durable. The bag it comes in is very durable. The feet are flat so I don’t think it’ll sink through and mud or Sand as much. And the fabric is permanently attached so when you fold it up, there’s no pieces to put together. There’s no legs to put on. There’s no fabric to put on. You fold it all as one piece and just put it in this awesome carry bag that they gave you , I highly recommend this product. I’m very impressed by it. If you are going to rinse it, it looks like it’s very easy to clean. My dog immediately started scratching at the fabric and digging at it and yeah, he made some superficial marks but this fabric is going to hold up. Now cool can make a tent cover for me for when we go camping if it’s windy or raining that I could attach to these corners, that would be incredible! Hope Coolaroo is reading this review!

I found it easier to teach this dog place on a raised cot, but wanted one where she could be comfortable and relaxed wherever we went. The coolaroo folds up just like a camping chair, and so that was great for us. It has held up well to months or regular use on the front porch, several trips, and going back and forth to two obedience classes. It folds and unfolds in seconds, and most importantly, the dog finds it comfortable and likes to be on it. It cleans easily by wiping down or spraying with water. The only drawback for us is that her tie out catches on the raised corners and because of the way they sit, gets under them and she drags the bed around when she gets up and gets scared. I'm thinking up a way to modify it so the tie out doesn't catch at the corners when she gets off the bed. But would totally recommend this item.
